The wall on the left was part of the Acllahuasi, the house of the chosen ones. Here women chosen for their beauty were kept as eternal wifes of the god Inti - the sun. Some were sacrificed, wrapped in a foetal position and left sitting in the mountains to die. The wall on the right is part of Amarukancha, the Palace of Inca Wuayna Qhapaq.
