Across Coledale lie Hopegill Head, an unnamed top with indistinct fells of the Lord's Seat range behind, and Grisedale Pike. In the distance on the right is the Skiddaw massif comprising Ullock Pike, Broad End, Skiddaw and Skiddaw Little Man. Down in Coledale lies Force Crag Mine, which was, prior to its final abandonment in 1991, the last working metal mine in the Lake District. Larger version of this picture.
