Across the valley of the Apurimac River lies the Rio Tambobamba. Its valley provides an alternative route to and from Choquequirao via the village of Huanipaca. There appears to be a lot of cultivated land on the mountain to the right (Cerro Cusilluyoc?). Click image for larger photograph
